Our Technology

Our Core IP

We started by rethinking the silicon process — identifying key pain points in traditional MEMS manufacturing and tackling them using tools already found on every fabrication floor. By intelligently rearranging standard modules around our proprietary MEMS topology, we’ve simplified system assembly, improved device performance, and streamlined production. Our process IP accelerates the delivery of next-gen MEMS sensing technology — built for high-volume, cost-sensitive markets.

How We Build Differently

At our foundry, we leverage silicon-on-insulator (SOI) and surface micromachining to engineer a hybrid MEMS design that operates in three dimensions — both for sensing and actuation. Think of it as precision micro-origami, folding complex functionality into compact forms.

By extending system architecture into the third dimension, we increase capacitance per unit area, enabling more flexible alignment — especially critical in optical applications. This dimensional advantage also means we can dramatically increase chip yield per wafer, transforming production economics.

More chips per wafer. More performance per unit. Less cost per device. That’s the manufacturing leap we deliver.
